713 Edgewater Avenue is a 1br Loft Townhouse that is on top of the water As I said it is on pilings on top of the water. If you like the water and bay this place is for you. I would say it is the coolest place in Ocean City Md. It is only available limited times thru the summer. It is located between 7th and 8th streets right on the bay. It has the most awesome views of the water and sunsets in OC. There is a lot of sea life to see right from the deck. Fishing and crabbing can be done right off of the deck also. Downstairs has a full kitchen. There is a loft upstairs with a beautiful custom bathroom and a king bed, and a daybed downstairs with a trundle under. There is 1 parking spot under the carport and free parking on the street. 4 people is about the max that can stay at the “Crab Shack”. Staying in this condo is a real experience. We offer weekly and miniweek rentals. Well Behaved Pets OK
