The El Capitan condominium is a family vacation favorite. You can't beat the location. Park you car because you won't need it while you're here. On the boardwalk at 4th street, it is an easy walk to all the attractions and the Inlet.

Stay here and be the first up to witness the sunrise from your balcony. Imagine sipping your coffee in the morning sun while dolphins frolic. Walk across the boards to search for shells or take a morning swim in your own heated pool. With only 30 units at the El Capitan, there's always a chair waiting for you at the pool. Spend the day at the beach or shop the boards. Any number of restaurants are within a few blocks including a coffee/sandwich shop in the building, Shenanigans right across the street on the boardwalk, and even Dunkin Donuts less than a block away. Did you know there's a Thrashers Fries on 8th street and the boardwalk that never has a line?

This sun filled end unit has a unique split-level layout providing plenty of privacy and will sleep 6 comfortably.

Enter Unit 306 on the top level and just off the foyer you will find the master bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom.

Walk a 1/2 flight down to the living area with a view of the ocean from any spot. Enjoy using the fully equiped kitchen with breakfast bar. There's everything you need to serve your family on the dining table that will seat 6 or dine on the balcony overlooking the ocean.

You'll find a sleep sofa with several comfortable chairs in the living area where you can watch TV, a video or enjoy the fireplace when it's cool. Just step 1/2 flight down again and on the lower level you will pass the hall bathroom with washer and dryer and enter the 2nd bedroom with twin beds, walk-in closet and small pool view balcony. This is a great spot to watch the sun set while listening to the music and watching the action at the Tidelands pool bar.

Comcast Wi fi internet service is provided free to you and each bedroom has it's own tv, and even an alarm clock so you don't miss anything.
