Local admin
One local admin server handles photos and menus. Sign in with the password
from SWAP_ADMIN_PASSWORD on this machine. The admin server binds
to 127.0.0.1 only.
Photo swapping
Sign in on port 4343, browse the site, pick heroes/cards, and replace images. Use the sticky top toggle for Menus.
Open photo admin →Menu editor
Same login as photos. Edit names/URLs (propagates across cards and site links), drag between top bar and main menu, reorder, or delete.
Open menu editor →Start the admin (local)
In the site/ folder:
npm run swap:images- Login: http://127.0.0.1:4343/login
- Menus: http://127.0.0.1:4343/menus
Keep npm run dev running for the site (or let the image admin start it). Local only.
