Answer
A few resorts market seasonal shuttles so you can leave the RV parked. Sun Outdoors Ocean City Gateway has advertised a free peak-season shuttle toward the beach and sister-resort days at Frontier Town. Castaways / Sun Outdoors Ocean City has marketed shuttles toward Ocean City attractions and Assateague (details and fees change).
Do not assume every park has a bus—many expect you to drive or use Town transit once you reach the island. Screenshot the current shuttle schedule at booking and again at check-in.
For car-light Boardwalk blocks, also skim Transportation.
