Answer
Town ordinances govern pets in parks and on fields—often stricter during organized sports and festival setups than on quiet off-season walks. Leash and waste rules apply; do not bring pets to crowded tournament infields unless posted otherwise. Beach pet hours are a separate rule set from park lawns.
