Answer
Treat Air Show weekend like a holiday: oceanfront and Boardwalk-adjacent rooms sell first, and minimum stays are common. Booking several months ahead helps; last-minute deals are rare for that exact weekend. Consider midtown or bayside if oceanfront is sold out—you can still walk or bus to viewing areas.
