The resort ocean beach is for swimming and surf fishing, not recreational shellfish harvest—clam flats sit on bay sides and authorized bottoms behind the island. Razor clam washups on ocean sand are not the same as lawful hard-clam digging. Use DNR maps, not Boardwalk GPS pins.
