Answer
Maryland DNR sells recreational licenses through Maryland Outdoors (the current official system; COMPASS is retired). Purchase options are listed on DNR’s How to Apply for a License page. Print or save mobile proof before pier nights. Tackle shops can also issue licenses at counters. Avoid third-party markup sites that charge unnecessary service fees.
