The Inlet finish festival and Boardwalk rails offer the easiest viewing without a car. Bay crossings and Assateague turnarounds are harder to reach—pick one or two cheer spots and allow travel time on Coastal Highway. Bring layers; November wind chills spectators faster than runners.
