Golden tilefish (Lopholatilus chamaeleonticeps) and blueline tilefish (Caulolatilus microps) are deep-dwelling reef fish with colorful markings—excellent table fare caught on heavy bottom rigs at canyon edges off the Mid-Atlantic. Not grouper, though menus sometimes group them with reef fillets.
