Answer
Ocean City itself hosts more running and swim events than full triathlons, but Worcester County and the coastal bays offer sprint races within day-trip distance. Visitors often lodge in Ocean City and drive to Snow Hill, Public Landing, or Assateague-area starts. Oc Tri-Running and regional promoters list Delmarva multisport calendars.
