About this contractor
K-Coast lists 12703 Sunset Ave Suite 1 West Ocean City MD 21842 as its warehouse location on kcoast.com with phone 443-664-2945 and Tuesday–Sunday hours (Monday closed; Sunday often shorter). The shop markets closeouts and broken size runs—inventory turns fast, so “I will grab it next trip” is a risky beach-week strategy.
Pair this run with K-Coast 35th Street when you want full-price current-season stock, or Sunsations midtown when you need chairs and towels for the whole rental group.
Reviews (Google, Yelp, BBB) & field note
What Google reviewers emphasize
Google feedback often emphasizes deals on apparel and the “locals know” vibe; recurring themes mention limited hours, Monday closures, and the need to hunt racks—this is not a full-line grocery-adjacent stop.
Summary is original editorial based on recurring public-review themes, not quoted text. Star average and counts are periodic snapshots for trip planning—not live Google data. Last checked: 2026-04.
Yelp pulse
Yelp commentary skews toward “worth the hunt for deals” with reminders that stock is hit-or-miss; a few reviews note weekday timing beats crowded Saturday aisles.

Secret Shopper (editorial field note)
Planning note: bring measurements and patience—closeout sizing rewards flexibility. If you need matching family rash guards for photos, start at the flagship before you bet the warehouse rack.
Serious editorial assessment using public licensing categories, service-area claims, and how Ocean City–area property owners typically use electrical contractors—not a paid mystery shop, hidden site visit, or verified trade inspection. Use it alongside Google, Yelp, and BBB snapshots for context, not as a warranty or bid.
