About this contractor
Living by Donaway lists 12741 Ocean Gateway Ste 740 Ocean City MD 21842 with phone 410-822-4663 on homelivingoc.com alongside daily 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. hours on many seasons. Outlet parking still stacks with apparel runs—park once when you batch with Old Navy Outlet errands.
Compare this outlet-style selection with the flagship Donaway Furniture Coastal Highway showroom. If mattresses are the priority, try Mattress Warehouse West Ocean City in the same corridor.

Secret Shopper (editorial field note)
Planning note: write condo elevator dimensions on paper—outlet adrenaline punishes optimistic tape measures.
Serious editorial assessment using public licensing categories, service-area claims, and how Ocean City–area property owners typically use electrical contractors—not a paid mystery shop, hidden site visit, or verified trade inspection. Use it alongside Google, Yelp, and BBB snapshots for context, not as a warranty or bid.
